Evenly Tax (evenlytax.com) is run by Sky-Dweller Group LLC, doing business as Evenly Tax. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect.

• What you enter: your property's PIN or address, your name, mailing address, phone number, and email. If you choose to add them, we also collect property details you correct, the value, date, and appraiser of a recent appraisal, and a list of the documents you say you will attach. We do not collect or store the documents themselves.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Records of your visit and order, kept to run the service, prevent abuse, and resolve payment disputes: when you use the FREE check, the PIN you searched and the result shown; if you buy, the time you accepted our terms and the time you downloaded your documents; and your IP address and browser type at each step. Your name, address, phone, and email are collected only if you buy.
• If you ask for reminders: your email address and the PIN you checked, kept to send the reminders you asked for.
• Basic technical data your browser sends to any website, which our hosting provider may log.

Public records we use. The comparison is built from Cook County public property data. That data is already public.

How we use what you give us. To run your FREE check, build your documents, process your payment, email your receipt, answer your questions, and respond to payment disputes.

What we do not do. We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that help us run the site, such as our payment processor, hosting provider, and email provider, and only as needed, or when the law requires it. If a payment is disputed, we give the payment processor and the card network the order records described above.

How long we keep it. We keep your order record for 18 months, so we can deliver your documents, support your order and handle payment disputes. After that we delete it. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own policies.

Your choices. Email us at support@evenlytax.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.

Children. This service is for adult property owners and is not directed to children.

Changes. If we change this policy we will update the date above.
