We use Cook County's public property data and fixed rules to compare your home to similar homes nearby. If the numbers do not support an appeal, we say so, before you pay. If they do, you get an Evidence Packet Guide, a Comparable Property Analysis, and a cover letter you can print, sign, and file yourself.
We charge $39 per property, once, or $59 for two, $79 for three and $99 for four. We never take a percentage of your savings.
